There is no contact form on this site and no ticket number. It is a small company and the address above reaches a person, usually within one working day and always within three.

If you are writing about an account, write from the address on the account. We cannot discuss an account with somebody we cannot identify, and asking you to prove who you are afterwards wastes a day.

What to include

A wrong summary or deadline

The link to the circular on FirstBrief, and what the official document actually says. These are machine-written and they do go wrong; a report with the source beside it is fixed the same day.

A missing circular or body

The issuing body and a link to where it publishes. Coverage is genuinely incomplete and requests are how the next source gets connected.

Billing, refunds, cancellation

What you would like to happen. The refund and cancellation policy says what we will do; you do not need to argue it. Note that no payment has ever been taken by this site.

Your data

Say which right you are exercising — a summary of what we hold, a correction, an erasure, or withdrawing consent. We answer within thirty days. See the privacy policy.

Two of these need no email at all: you can erase your account yourself, and you can change or withdraw your analytics consent from “Cookie choices” in the footer of any page.

A security problem

Send it to the same address with “security” in the subject, and please give us a chance to fix it before publishing it. We will tell you what we did and when.

You publish the documents

If you are a government body and something here misrepresents what you published, write and we will correct or remove it. We index public documents and link to your copy as the authoritative text; we would rather be told than guessed at.

The officer's own name is not printed here yet, and the rules ask for a name rather than only a mailbox. It is not in the material this site was built from; the address plainly suggests one and guessing at the spelling of a real person's name is the same mistake as inventing an address. It goes in before payments are switched on.

One person holds both officer roles and one address serves both, which is what a company this size can actually staff. Three published inboxes would be two nobody reads, and a role with its own address that goes unanswered is worse than a shared one that does not.

What we will not do by email

• Give legal, compliance, tax or financial advice. Not about a circular, not about whether something applies to you, not informally. We index documents; we are not your advisers.
• Confirm whether an address has an account. Not to anybody, including to somebody who says it is theirs. It is how accounts get enumerated.
• Ask you for a password, a card number, an OTP or a UPI PIN. We will never do this. If an email claiming to be from FirstBrief asks for one, it is not from us — forward it to the address above.
